Food Club Cocktail Sauce Meatballs

Add a little zing to your appetizer spread with cocktail sauce meatballs—the perfect blend of savory and tangy!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp food club Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp finely ground black pepper
1 cup cocktail sauce
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Mini rolls, for serving
METHOD
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce,
egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Portion beef mixture into
1-inch meatballs. - Place meatballs into slow cooker and coat evenly with cocktail
sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours. - Once meatballs are tender, set slow cooker to warm. Garnish
meatballs with parsley and serve with rolls.
Tip: For extra flavor, substitute Food Club Spicy Cocktail Sauce
